Η καρτα αναπηρίας θα είναι κάτι σαν ταυτότητα που με αυτή θα επιβεβαιώνεται
η αναπηρία σου χωρίς να χρειάζεσαι επιπλέον βεβαιώσεις κλπ. Ο κανονισμός
εκτίμησης βαθμού αναπηρίας (κεβα) είναι ο τρόπος και ο βαθμός της αναπηρίας
κάτι σαν το ποσοστό.
