Tim,

The caveat is that this renderkit is not up to date with JSF 1.0. It was designed to work with EA 4, which is now quite old. So it would need to be upgraded first.

If you want to look at it you should get the whole source code of Presentation Server from CVS, following the instructions here:

  http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=116683

You will find the source code for the RenderKit under:

  orbeon/src/java/org/orbeon/faces/renderkit

(Note that the code of the JSF RenderKit is under a triple MPL 1.1 / GPL 2.0 / LGPL 2.1 license, contrary to most of the Presentation Server code which is only LGPL.)

However, this material seems to have either been moved, or pulled. I am
about to begin work on an application and was really wanting to use JSF
as the framework, but I will need JSF to render XML rather than HTML.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
