Sorry, in my haste to reply I forgot to mention that the
execution now looks much more like that of a Java app.

So, it should be the case that if you select 
 Run | Run... 
there will be a launch category 'J2EE Container for OXF'
( OXF is the old name of pres serv ).    

Click on the category, click new, make any changes
you want to mem settings ( 'vm arguments on the
arguments tab ) and click run.

One final note, after update Studio(Eclipse) prompts
with a restart dialog.  My experience with this
'soft' restart hasn't been so great.  Usually I
find I actually need to shutdown Eclipse completely
and then restart it.
