Think so, but that doesn't look like the case.
Could it be the case that //carn:Registry is giving you an empty set?
If the data output of your pipeline is not read, your final identity processor is not going to run, so the for-each is not going to run, etc. If your second null-serializer's data input hrefs #output, what happens?
