No, when I run the harvest.xpl directly from another form, it works fine. What I want to do it just start it and have it run every 15 minutes automatically though, hence using the scheduler.

If the data output of your pipeline is not read, your final identity processor is not going to run, so the for-each is not going to run, etc. If your second null-serializer's data input hrefs #output, what happens?
