That's correct. Or just readonly="../name != ''" should do it as well.
Dave, you can think of each <bind> expression as doing this: evaluate
the XPath expression in the "nodeset" attribute; for each node
returned "apply the rules" defined in the other attributes with the
XPath expressions evaluated in the context of the current node.
