Davide,
Try /Orbeon/ instead of /orbeon/. I see that your WAR is expanded in a directory starting with a capital "O".

I am using Tomcat 5.5 myself so it should work. Try to do the following:
o stop Tomcat o delete everything under the Tomcat logs directory o start Tomcat o Try accessing /orbeon/ o If it doesn't work, send us the logs
