I'm installing Orbeon on a SuSe 9.2 professional instance; but I've only got as far as step #2. :(

With Tomcat 5, move xercesImpl.jar and xmlParserAPIs.jar from common/endoresed to server/lib. This way Xerces will be available to Tomcat, but it won't override the version of Xerces and standard XML APIs that comes with Presentation Server. " SuSe provides tomcat5-5.0.27-9, and the root of the tomcat5 is /usr/share/tomcat5.
