Hi Jos, Thank you for sending me your resources in a private email. I see that you do not have an <xforms:group> around all the XForms elements in your view. The <xforms:group> is the element that gets transformed in a <xhtml:form>, on which you have the submission type (POST or GET). Try adding an <xforms:group> around all the XForms elements and let me know of this fixes the issue.
