Just to report on a problem I encountered upgrading to Orbeon 2.7.2 from 2.6 with an embedded eXist. Suddenly none of my queries were working - for some reason it appeared as though the namespaces were not being resolved properly because queries involving wildcard namespace prefixes worked fine. The solution was to start the eXist xmlrpc servlet in the Orbeon web.xml and use the eXist admin client to do a backup of the data, delete all the data and then restore. Everything works as before now.
