Unfortunately no. It seems to be a particularly random occurrence, meaning it always happens at the absolute worst timeĀ ;) Like in the middle of our radio show when we're trying to send people to a petition that was just changed.

Its as if a new ContentItemVersionRecord is not being created, or being created after the previous one was unset as the latest and published, and then having its transaction aborted or something.
