1.      You'll want to look in Orchard.Framework/Mvc/Routes.

2.      Well, we're not using EF, we're using nHibernate. You'll want to look 
at Orchard.Framework/Data.

Subject: general questions on how things are wired up

1.  where does the application wire up all the controller and routes?  Since 
each module has the controller and routes defined separately, curious where it 
pulls this all together?

2.  where is the EF unit of work managed?  Is it creating a single context per 
request?

I love this app, but find it too be fairly complex to follow.   I think there 
needs some docs on the design decisions etc. :)
