Title:
Orchestra should request the subnetwork for DNSMASQ

Status in “orchestra” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
During installation, if we decide to manage DNS/DHCP, we need to
specify the network range that's going to be used for DHCP. We
currently specify default gateway and domain but we still manually
edit the config file to set the network range to serve to the clients.
