Bert, the acidic effect of fertilizer in water presupposes that you use
fertilizer everytime you water, doesn't it? I don't. I know you say the
effect of fertilizer lasts longer than the time you actually use it, but
sheesh, sometimes I'll go for weeks before feeding again. Only watering
with municipal water. (8.5pH) Not to mention some plants I have Nutricoat
type of fertilizer in the pot... Any acidic effect from that?
