I asked this a couple of weeks ago and got no response. I am sure some of you do store pollen for future use. I would greatly appreciate sharing your knowledge and experience. >>>>>> Dear Orchid Friends; I have a couple of questions regarding the storing and using of pollen. 1- I understand that pollen can be stored in a refrigerator over a desiccant for future use. Any idea for how long? 2- When ready to use said pollen, is it rehydrate first? How? 3- Is the pollen in an unopened flower mature enough to be used? I would like to open a yet unopened bud to use its pollen on another flower that would not last long enough for the pollen donor bud to open. Any idea if this was tried? Does it work? BTW my main interest is in Paphs and Phrags <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Thanks in Advance, Adel
