Errol, I am sorry you also got stiffed by Mr. Frank Boerner. Here is what you can do. Call the Direct Bank Service in Berlin. They are the ones who issued his (most likely stolen) card. Their phone number is 011 49 30 2455 245 I don't have the international option on my phone service, so I have not called it. I tried to get my merchant's services to handel this but they just gave me this number to call. In other words, they don't care, the problem is mine. What I am worried about is that since Mr. Boerner has previously changed his address, phone number and credit card number, when will he start using a different name. I just ignored his recent order for prints.
