For information about a superb program that introduces children, and adults, to orchids and orchid growing, contact Wilella V. Stimmell of the Orchid Society of Arizona. She gave a great demonstration of the program at the 2nd IOCC in Sarasota, and has been invited to export the program to Costa Rica.
