For one, I'd propose selling the prime Florida real estate, and returning to the AOS roots, such as during the '70s and early '80s, before the AOS focussed on being a fund-raising group. All the grandiose gardens, offices, and so on are expensive frills, in my opinion, and of little benefit to the bulk of the members. Certainly of no benefit to me, that I can see.
