Iris,

Do a Google search on greenhouse ventilation fans, associated with the fans are lots of different motorized vents that should fit your needs. Here are three URLs for sites I have bookmarked from previous searches of mine.

I have a question for you greenhouse experts. After my complaining for
several years that my plant room is too warm at night, the builder who is doing some
work on our house is going to cut a hole in the outside wall. However, he
advised me to locate my ventilator now so he will know the dimensions of the hole.
I would like to have a vent which opens and closes automatically, both on a
timer, so it only opens for a few hours at night, and also on a thermostat, so
it closes when the temperature of the room goes below about 50-55 F. I don't
think it will need a fan, as the room is already full of fans to circulate the
air. Do you know where I can find such a thing? Actually, it doesn't need to
come with a timer, as I have extra ones.
