As always google has the ansvwer. The ramicaul in a Restrepia (and other Subtribe Pleurothallidinae) is a term for the non-pseudobulbous part af the plant. So it is what we normally would call a ps bulb, but obviuosly this can not apply to Restrepia and allied genera. Now I will have to go home and check whether this non-pseudobufbous part on my R. brachypus is particular short...
