I was showing that here and elsewhere earlier this year trying to find some answers.
As of now, I still don't know what it is or how to cure it.
A few people suggested that the problem was really too many chemicals. I didn't think so because before the problem started the only chemicals were the same fertilizers I had been using for many years (and some Orhtene several months before). I selected 2 of the surviving plants, washed them off with some rain water, re potted them in some fresh medium, watered them with rain water for a while then resumed normal watering with tap water and very little fertilizer. Those 2 are dead now.
