I received a postcard requesting that I call AOS to update my information for the directory. I did so, whereupon I was told that the only way I could order the directory was then and there, with a credit card. The catch is that they are billing the credit card now, half this month & half next month. The directory won't be published until next March. Fuming, I informed the factotum on the phone that reputable companies advertise that they do not bill your credit card until they ship. She promised me that phone calls are recorded and the administration would get the complaint. Iris
