Les, I think flowers of P. glumacea are mostly orange. The plant is about 10-20 cm tall, with extremely fleshy leaves and ramicaule that is about half the length of the leaves. Here are two photos of what I think it is. I may be wrong tho. There is a little bit of confusion about this one... There are many similar plants and no good source of info easyly available.
