Thanks to those OGD contributors who have offered advice on the differing citations for this species. The references that use (Hook) R.E. Schultes are of recent origin so I can't believe that they would be taking sides in some ancient feud. I think it more likely to have been a case of the citation for C. bilamellatum being used in error.
