As I have stated...I have plenty of reason to believe that the currant slate is adequate for the job ahead..I (as previouly stated) visited with all at headquarters and cannot believe that there is such a hue and cry to demolish things as they have stood for all these years (good and bad) They say it needs fixing...baloney...Mr Grove seems like a nice enough person but (I believe) misguided and not provided with enough information...As for Howard B...I still like him and feel that he as always done a good job..I am also informed that he would likely end up where he wants to be in the future..BUT Howard G may mess that up (MY WORDS) I have been in all this for 30 years (I said this before) and a dealer of repute for 25 and (I THOUGHT) known to all. My confidenced slipped when I sent a message to Howard G by mistake...meant for B and he replied "And who are you???" Jeeesshhh..! He could ask at AOS HQ who I am...I have done plenty for them through the years and THEY respect me...Though I too gripe at them all the time, I know what their problems are..most of you do not..I find this to be true by reading your emails here...If you were a dealer you would know a lot more about what is going on..and nothing less than blowing up the internet would fix it...Magazines are simply not up to the task of beating the internet back...I found that when the first of the month comes folks buy and if the magazine is not handy they head for the computer and buy buy buy...(lots of times with me) SO quit complaining and start pitching in to help your long time friends at the AOS...And do not start dumping on Lee Cook..He is doing a fine job and would continue to do so...MY ADVICE...visit him see what YOU own..after all...it is ours...warts and all...Listen to us folks (Jim Rose et al) not some bitchers that have their own ax to grind...And how can you snivel at Jim Rassmann? HE got passed over and is only getting his due for giving his all for these many years...and Howard B will in the future...THAT IS ALL I AM GOING TO SAY ON THIS...No snotty email or replies ...and...Lastly...my Chardonney of choice is........... Read down.............. Cake Bread Cellers in Napa, Calif...expensive as hell but well worth it...Bill Bergstrom...Love you all...even those who say " And Who The Hell Are You?"
