Dear Iris: I live in Venezuela, where many Mormodes species occurs. I know them very well, because most of them are found in this part where I live. All you see to your Mormodes in normal. They has a dormant time and new growths will appear. My only recommendation is you must to put it a little water to keep the old pseudobulbs and place it on a block of natural cork, too much directly sun is desidered. They are located on old branches of dead trees.
