Hi Oliver,

Whatever else the Union does, I do appreciate the free trade we enjoy
between member nations.  What a hindrance it would be if we had to obtain
phytosanitary certificates and CITES permits for sending hybrid phals
between Belgium and the Netherlands???

I enjoy it for what it brings... and the rest they should try to work out
(if their capabilities are up to it) in the not too distant future.
