Yes, Ludisia discolor the Jewel Orchid is very easy to propagate by cuttings, I use a very small amount of rooting compound on the cut end and put it into sphagnum moss in a shaded area early in the summer and by the end of summer I have rooted cuttings. It is one of the few orchids that is easy to propagate by cuttings.
