No effect at all to date. I think there was a mandatory period of pre-shipment quarantine necessary before shipping so the impact might be delayed. The US Phal market is short of product for the coming Winter, due in part to hurricane related supply problems. The Taiwanese face marketing problems in the US, it is less of a supply issue.
