The only Iraqi orchids will be terrestrials and they will be in the genus Orchis or possibly Ophrys.
I am not sure of the exact speceis names that may be visible there but there are not very many because of the desert conditions in much of the country. My guess is that the majority of orchids would be found in the SE swamps between Bahgdad and Basra.
