Fred Hillerman's book Cultivated Angraecoids of Madagascar (1986) has the
following information on the Angraecoids:

Aerangis moorena (he spells it "mooreana" and lists the plant as A. stylosa
but goes on to say that it will "henceforth be known as mooreana").

-widely distributed in Madagascar, maily in the eastern and east-central
region (4,600 ft elevation) in fairly dense shade (also in Comoro Islands),
receives moderate to heavy rainfal and generally abundant moisture. He
recommends slab mounting, a 4 X 10 in. cork is adequate, low levels of
light, intermediate temps, daily drenchings but allow to dry off before
night.

Aerangsi clavigera (he says that this was changed recently (remember this
was printed in 1986) to macrocentra but goes on to refer to it as
clavigera).

- central Madagascar, blooms in May, 4,600 ft elevation. grown under
intermediate or warm conditions, broad range of tolerance to light (hihger
levels than A. citrata to flower well). may be potted in medium fir or
mounted on a slab.

Angraecum elephantinum

- Eastern Madagascar but no specific location. best mounted on a slab,
given daily drenchings, and bright light (2,00 - 2,500 ft candles).
