Hopefully, we can learn what happened after the following info was given at the
Annual Meeting of Members Houston, Texas Saturday, October 19, 2002 :
"to scan all of pages of the AOS Bulletins from Volume I in 1932 to December 1995. ... several CDs and DVD with a comprehensive searchable index. ... known as "Bulletin-on-a-CD/DVD" ... be marketed by the AOS... expected to be completed by the end of 2003."
What problems have slowed down the completion of the project ? What is the new deadline ?

One could wonder what ever happened to meeting minutes from the Denver member's meeting, and the Whichita member's meeting. I have seen the minutes from the Sacramento member's meeting on the AOS home page, but havn't seen any further information. The San Francisco Orchid Society newsletter has a report on the Denver meeting written by their AOS representative, but a copy of meeting minutes written by the AOS secretary would be more informative for the membership.
