One could wonder what ever happened to meeting minutes from the Denver
member's meeting, and the Whichita member's meeting. I have seen the
minutes from the Sacramento member's meeting on the AOS home page, but
havn't seen any further information. The San Francisco Orchid Society
newsletter has a report on the Denver meeting written by their AOS
representative, but a copy of meeting minutes written by the AOS secretary
would be more informative for the membership.

The scanning of the Bulletins was discussed at the Denver meeting
(don't know why the minutes have not been posted or nobody from AOS has
responded) But, the statement at the meeting was that the AOS has every
intention of scanning the bulletins but are because of monetary constraints
not able to go forward right now....
There was also mention if we understood correctly that they wanted
it done by an employee of the AOS??? And, it included problems with the
website being worked on.
