Nancy; My experience with this species is that the flowers will last a lot longer if you start watering again when the flowers begin to open. If all the leafs has not fallen off yet, the flowers will wilt rather fast if watering is not resumed. A beautiful species, you should not have a problem taking and showing it for a couple of weeks.
