You would think that orchid collectors could unite to form�an effective lobby against the counterproductive execution of CITES, but somehow� no organization seems willing or capable of leading such a task.
I don't know about the rest of the world, but in this country, the AOS would lose their non-profit status from politicking, so they tiptoe around the issue.
