When you put your shade outside, you have much more temperature drop, but you face some temperature drop with inside cloth too. In Brasil people, in sea level, usually uses about 30-50% outside shade and some 25 - 40 % inside. In higher elevations -2500 ft and high - only internal shade is used. It's cheapper and easier to mantain. Geenhouse manufacturers also states that Aluminet has a "distributive" efect, if used inside.
Most of the greenhouses have no temperature adjustments, nobody heats and, in Rio, only a few have any kind of cooling system. We just don't grow cool plants, we would have to cool them all the year.
If you are really concerned about temperature reduction, outside is the best solution, but if you have only few days with hot temperatures, inside could be OK.
I hope it helps you
