Your e-mail did get through and I have answered it offline. Robert Randall is the proprietor of Carib Plants and he is also the Festival manager. Can I say he has the patience of Job! Today, while all the vendors are counting their sales he is still supervising the tent and chair dispatch from the Fair site. He is a rock around which the festival hangs. Sells pretty good plants in a wide selection too.
