It's not only the list. I have a work e-mail that is not used for anything but internal e-mail and it is getting the same stuff as this one at home. The best one is the bounced messages that I never sent.

Various people have been getting a virus and spam . I am the next one. Although I got
negative input when I said that viruses, spam, etc, started up again after I had joined the list
last time, I can now tell you that my suspicion was right. Again, since I have returned to
the list I get an highly increased number of virused messages and spam of all sorts.
I am running a Virus programs that updates just about every day and have installed a Fire Wall (Zone Alarm).
I suggest the other subscribers do the same.
