Was wondering if there is any difference between these two
plants? The former I bought online as an unbloomed, basketed seedling
from a guy on the east coast of Florida, dismantling his collection, and the
latter is from an orchid nursery here in town (St. Petersburg FL area) and
is an older, mounted plant in spike. The pseudobulbs are quite a bit smaller on
the younger one but the largest is almost the size of the smallest on the older
one (albeit the older one has more elongated pseudobulbs). Are they potentially
one in the same? Perhaps different origins? Both will have delicious
chocolate scents, I hope!
