Does anyone out there happen to know the elevation of the habitat of Prosthechea ortizii (Dressler) Higgins, formerly Encyclia ortizii Dressler?
All I can find is that the type specimen was found in Costa Rica about 30 km NNE of San Ramon. I am assuming a mountain habitat, and guessing an elevation of about 3600 ft. (1100m), but would prefer to work with something better than a guess if possible. Thanks for your help.
