No ... The Code is a set of rules passed by the ICPT. Technically speaking
there is no legal background for this.
Is the old concept of free will and democracy on taxonomic world going down
into the sink?
I haven't seen democracy in my life (and the crap we have in Europe is the best
proof for what I say).
Will we at least be allowded to vote on who decides or they are just there?
Vote where??????
Fact is that the WOC Committee (or whetever it is called) decides where the WOC is. Then the local committee decides on the speakers, the programm, etc. But it is made clear to them that this must all be as the WOC Committee says. Thus Dragon Lady and Cribb.
And I know (firsthand information, for example Vancouver and other places) that on several instances they have made it clear that if I am invited, Cribb and his slaves will not come.
In France it was even worse. There the people working with me were also boycoted and harassed.
In this way, they have fulkl control. In Europs it is: Vinciane Dumont, the R�llke clan, Cribb, The Dragon Lady, and now also Vieillard from "Naturalia" who has a monopoly on bookselling and publishing the proceedings and who also pressures Vinciane.
