WWG Moir wrote "Oncidium stacyi - is it a natural hybrid?" :
it was published in The Florida Orchidist 20 (4): 147 - 149 (1977)

Regards,

Viateur

Viateur, a lot of people wrote a lot of things. Moir was not a botanist, he hated scientists and anything to do with science. He did a lot of breeding work (following the moon cycles) but that ist it.

And something else ... you don't solve problems with listing secondary or tertiary literature ... You seem to have pleasure in researching literature ... that is great ... but why don't you list the PRIMARY literature. Put the Oppenheim publication on here, and the Garay publication, then people can make up their scienticically based opinion. That Moir said that stacyi may be a natural hybrid is like George W. Bush saying that
Darwin was the brother of Gaius Julius Caesar.

Guido
