Stitzelweller, Amen to your thought (too bad OGRES is gone). Call us naive, but we're still hoping someone will have a suggestion pointing towards a resolution with a minimum of additional distress for all involved. However we will do what we have to do. At the moment this is just terrible customer service. If it proves to be more, then yes, we would feel an obligation to alert the rest of the (OGD) community. When you need to move your collection into the care of another, please drop us a line and we should be able to pass along some helpful insights, depending on the size of your collection and the temperature ranges you grow in. We have dealt with another grower who is conscientious and communicative. So, I guess we've seen both ends of the spectrum.
