In the World Checklist of Monocotyledons / Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, the accepted name is Isabelia pulchella (Kraenzl.) C.Van den Berg & M.W.Chase which was proposed in Lindleyana 16: 109 (2001). the name Neolauchea pulchella Kraenzl. [homotypic synonym] was first published in Bull. Herb. Boissier 5: 110 (1897). Should you wish to make your own taxonomic opinion, please review the article published in Lindleyana. It is desirable to keep a critical attitude towards the names proposed by taxonomists and have in mind that a database, for its encyclopedic character, might contain errors.
