I found the following listing for oeceoclades from a website at
http://www.cactus-mall.com/isi after a google search with a corrected
spelling. I didn't find a culture sheet under http://www.orchidculture.com
, but the following does suggest somewhat dryish, dark understory and warm
conditions, from madagascar. If someone knows what cryptic conditions are,
or the conditions that shade-tolerant haworthias prefer, that would be an
even bigger bonus.

hope this helps,
charles

of this interesting genus of terrestrial orchids have been introduced by the
ISI in recent years (all still available for $30 except where noted):

 O. spathulifera (ISI 2000-62),

Analalava (ISI 2002-34) and O. maculata (ISI 2004-31).

that are home to numerous succulents as well. We have found they grow well
under the greenhouse bench with some of the more shade-tolerant haworthias.
