Hi
I have grown S. hernandezii for several years and live where it grows.
It is a lithophytic species subjected to a cool dry period in winter
and spring (less than 10 C to 25 C in winter and 15 to 28 in spring)..
Easy to grow, and more or less easy to flower if you provide the rest
period.
