Howdy. A good friend of mine who lives in California received an email from his cousin in VietNam. The cousin would like to export orchids to the U.S., but he has no idea of what he will need to do to effect this export to the U.S. I would appreciate any info and/or personal experiences that you would have. I suspect that he'd need to get a commercial import permit from the USDA. Anybody have the phone no. and/or address handy? Also, since it seems his cousin has never done this before, are there things that this cousin whould watch out for on the VietNam side of the transaction?
