Danny,
You may want to contact the National Geographic Society. In my well worn
second-hand April 1971 issue, first held by an obsessive 11-year-old about 1975
(year 1 of orchids to me), their is an illustration on pp. 504-5 of a life-size
painting of what you seek, credited to a Walter Linsenmaier.
Good luck,
Bonaventure Magrys

Thanks to Tony Watkinson I now have a nice photo of a mounted Xanthopan.
Thanks also to Jay and those who replied directly to me, and to sjean for
your comments on our web site and newsletter. If anyone has access to one
of the photos of a Xanthopan visiting an Angraecum flower, I could still use
one of those too :-)
