Ray Barklow gave you the basics.  The only real concern with using Enstar is the odor; for some people it is horrid for a sort while before dissipating.  I'll need to dig it up, but recall seeing an estimate LD50 on S-kinoprene which put it safer than city water (in most the U.S.!) thanks to pesticides and hydrocarbons.
