I work for a large hardware distributor and our catalog shows the Bayer Power Force product only available out of our Utah warehouse, which generally means that California (at least) doesn't allow the version you are seeking...are you on (or close to) the West Coast?
Its gotten to where different states (even big cities) are banning certain chemicals in lawn & garden and paint and paint removers-sometimes requiring VOC compliant product and sometimes just banning them outright...it's become a nightmare here on the East Coast from Vermont down to Nothern VA as to what can and can't be sold...even a simple plastic gasoline can has been regulated into a model that costs twice what the existing one did...and leaks around the "improved" spout...

From what I can tell on the Bayer web site
http://www.bayeradvanced.com/garden/products/ a product with this exact
name no longer exists. Last Fall I purchased the "Bayer Advanced?
PowerForce? Multi-Insect Killer" which was labeled as effective for all
the pests I was wanting to eliminate, i.e.- aphids, mealybugs, etc. I
have not been that impressed with its effectiveness. This product
contains 0.003% Cyfluthrin as the active ingredient, and no
imidacloprid.
I have noticed that the "Bayer Advanced? Rose & Flower Insect Killer"
does contain as active ingredients: 0.012% imidacloprid and 0.0016%
Beta-cyfluthrin. So far I have not been able to locate this item in my
garden supply stores.
I hope this helps.
