The secret to better fog is higher pressure, if you go above 100-150 psi you'll have to scrap the PVC and go to copper.
A small booster pump can make a significant improvement in your fog output
Something like a little FloJet can boost your pressure to90 - 100 psi for about a $100.00 and a little work on your part for wiring and plumbing
